I am about to wrap up training camp for my fight against Bob "The Beast" Sapp in Biloxi, MS. I have been working harder than ever before and on June 27th all that sacrifice is going to pay off. All I can say is that Big Bob better bring a pillow because he is going to go to sleep!!!!! The fight is going to be live on PPV and the card is going to be awesome. I want to thank all my trainers for the hard work they have put in with me on this camp, and I promise that everyone is going to be happy with my performance.
I have been using a new product called Recovery X for the past few months and it is one of the best products I have ever used. Recovery X is a new health drink and is an all natural product that will promote normal inflammation response and will support a compromised immune system, both of which are caused by bodily stress and post-exercise inflammation. Intense exercise suppresses the immune system for several hours and hampers recovery, as the immune system plays an important role in healing muscle damage after exercise. Muscle soreness and joint pain people experience after workouts are symptoms of post-workout tissue inflammation, which slows recovery, limits fitness gains, and even causes overuse injuries. By better managing post-exercise inflammation, athletes can recover faster, enhance their training adaptations, perform better in workouts and competitions, and possibly avoid injuries. You can go to www.bobbylashley.net and click the Recovery X link to learn more about this great product and you can order directly from the company.
